Mánesova 78, s.r.o., with its address on Na příkopě 859/22, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 Prague, ID 05620376 (further also as the Administrator) will process the personal data pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). The Administrator will process the following personal data:

Name and surname
E-mail
Phone number
IP address of the accessing device (and its position)
Identification and technical parameters of the device
Information about your behaviour on the website
Information about your behaviour regarding reading the news sent by us

The processing of the personal data is performed by the Administrator; however, personal data can be also processed by other data processing entities for the Administrator, especially providers of services and software.

The Administrator is obliged to enter into sub-contractor relationship with all such data processing entities.

The User agrees with the use of other data processing entities.

Rights related to personal data processing

the right to request an information from the Administrator on which personal data is processed, the right to demand explanation from the Administrator regarding the processing of your personal data, the right to access your processed personal data and requesting an update or correction of your personal data, the right to request an erasure of personal data not approved for processing or not processed upon another legal reason, if in doubt regarding the observation of duties relating to the processing of your personal data you can contact the supervisory body, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Consent withdrawal

You can withdraw from your consent with the processing of personal data by sending a request to sales@thepraguecollection.cz
